Haley has three years of personal training experience in private, group, and class settings. After earning her undergraduate degree in Fitness & Wellness from NAU in 2018, Haley began training and teaching group exercise classes. Coming from an athletic background, Haley appreciates the benefits that a healthy and active lifestyle can bring to individuals’ lives, as it has always been a passion of hers. Haley believes in taking a holistic approach to health and lifestyle changes- including focus on mental and emotional health, lifestyle choices in and out of the gym, and building self-confidence and self-efficacy with her clients.

Tukee was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. She graduated from Chandler high and received her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in Fitness Wellness with a minor in Biology. Tukee is currently attending nursing school at Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. Tukee has been a personal trainer for 2 years now. She is hard working and always has a smile on her face. Tukee loves interacting with her clients and helping them achieve their fitness and health goals.

See Jocelyn's Profile/Bio
Born and raised in Arizona, Jocelyn MacNeil comes to STa FIT with a desire to help her clients reach their full potential in every aspect of fitness. Jocelyn’s passion for fitness stemmed from her involvement in sports as a high school basketball player. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness with a minor in biology and psychology from Northern Arizona University. During her time at NAU, she was the President of the Fitness and Wellness club, Operations Attendant at the campus recreation center, and a peer mentor for first generation college students. After being in multiple leadership roles, she realized the importance of being a role model for others and taking control of our lifestyle habits. Jocelyn values the effectiveness of functional training and how the results can transfer to our daily activities. Jocelyn also enjoys working in the operations side of the facility as the General Manager at STa FIT. She understands the importance of building a relationship of trust between all clients and members. Jocelyn plans to use her education in fitness and skills in customer service to provide the best experience for everyone that is starting out in their health journey.

See Emily's Profile/Bio
Emily’s passion for exercise and healthy living began at a young age through her involvement in athletics as well as outdoor recreation. She began her work in the fitness industry in 2016 through various volunteer opportunities, and completed a personal training internship with us in 2017 as a full-time college student. Emily received both her NASM-CPT and her STAGES Indoor Cycling certifications in 2018 as she was concurrently completing her Bachelor’s degree. Her academic background is in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics and she is currently in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. Emily is also a credentialed Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR), and her true passion lies in the realm of nutritional science as it pertains to fitness and athletics. She believes in the complementary nature of diet and exercise and seeks to empower others to form sustainable lifestyle habits. Feeling good is at the core of Emily’s practical values, which she believes encompasses everything from simple strength and mobility to disease prevention and mental health.
When Emily isn’t at the gym, you can probably find her attached to her dog, River. The both of them love to hike, explore, and let’s be honest… eat! Emily’s favorite menial activity is grocery shopping, and she loves to experiment with foods.

Tyler Holmes comes to Sta Fit with a passion for fitness and past experience as a college athlete. He was born and raised in Chandler, AZ and was a two-sport athlete at Chandler High school. Tyler accepted a football scholarship to play at Fort Lewis College in 2012. While at Fort Lewis, he was a leader in the strength and conditioning program. After moving back to Arizona, he became a high school football coach and strength and conditioning coach for a local school. Tyler eventually found his way to NAU where he pursued and obtained a degree in Fitness and Wellness with a minor in Business. He believes that his experience as an athlete and coach helped shape his training philosophies and makes it easy to relate to youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Tyler also has many general personal training clients whose goals include weight loss, increase in muscle mass, or injury prevention/corrective exercise. He works to see others progress and improve their athletic performance as well as general fitness. Having the opportunity to play a huge role in changing someone’s life is the reason why Tyler loves what he does!

See Kyle's Profile/Bio
Kyle Arnold comes to STa FIT from Iowa where he attended high school and college. He received a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science/Human Performance with a minor in coaching from Buena Vista University (BVU). Kyle played football for BVU and served as a team captain in 2015. He uses his experience as a college athlete to help his clients improve their athletic performance. Kyle has worked with athletes of various age groups and was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Ridgeview High School, Holstein, IA.. Additionally, Kyle was a prominent figure in his collegiate strength and conditioning program. He served as the interim football strength and conditioning coach at BVU from December 2015 through January 2016. Kyle has also been involved in Unified Sports Day sponsored by Special Olympics, in promoting physical activity and competition for individuals with disabilities. Kyle has found great success over the past 5 years working with individuals of various demographics. Kyle looks to improve functional movement patterns with individuals with a balance between mobility and strength training. Kyle serves as the Director of Training where he helps to improve the skills of his training team and helps to identify and develop the relationship between clients and coaches.
